It seems the premise is that she gets a "glitch" every episode, (BORING), as is Dushkus acting. As for the cutting edge technology that is downloaed into her, why is she not more fierce of a fighter. I have seen better fight moves on a soccer mom. I thought Bionic Woman was JUST heating up when they cancelled it and of course we all miss "Alias".
